I have been purchasing properties since the late 1990's and I have more time than I can use every year, until my children get to the age where they can afford to go on vacations and pay their own way! LOL!! I do not do this as a business, I just like to recoup some of my investment I make annually with maintenance fee dues, taxes and mortgage payments.
