The upper falls is a 7.5 mile round-trip hike and rated strenuous! I didn't do this hike.

Parking: Yes. Paved. Park at Yosemite Lodge.
Hours: Sunrise to Sunset.
Public Restrooms: Yes.
Picnic Area: Yes.
Cost: $35 fee to enter Yosemite National Park. BUY ANNUAL PASS (Good for all National Parks)
Round-Trip Hiking Distance to Lower Falls: 1.0 mile
Lower Trail Descriptions: Unpaved.
Trail Wheelchair Accessible: Yes.
